Allegro homes designed to be more than just beautiful. They’re built to last. Our foundations are engineered to meet or exceed soil engineering and slab inspection standards. The structural pads supporting all slabs are tested for superior compaction and all slabs are concrete-tested for strength. The exterior envelopes of Allegro homes are built from solid, premium materials, such as Open-web trusses ensure maximum stiffness, strength and deflection. We install 1/2" exterior sheathing to further enhance the structural strength of your home.

Structural engineers and city inspectors quickly recognize the painstaking precautions we take to ensure the integrity of our homes: They know that Allegro foundations are fortified, that kiln-dried fir studs are perfectly straight, and that frame wood cuts are tight. These things are invisible to most people, but are vital to your home’s long-term stature and value.

Energy conservation is a hallmark of an Allegro home. Tech Shield™ sheathing is installed at the roof deck to increase sun protection. Ridge vents and Hard i-perforated offsite maximize air ventilation through the roof. Low e-2 insulated windows provide thermal protection and high-efficiency HVAC systems manage air quality as well as temperature.
